A week after chatting with ECU students I had the opportunity to address a business management class at North Lenoir High School. In a first for me, I shared actual slides created in 2016 at the startup phase of Magic Mile Media (pre-Neuse News). In the talk, I broke down why I started MMM, how I used a SWOT Analysis, what I learned about the market, how I projected financials, and more.
