Not every path to success requires a four-year degree. In fact, many students overlook opportunities in skilled trades and technical fields that offer rewarding careers. What are you passionate about? What are your strengths?
What are the fundamentals of how to make money? How can you do that in an ethical way? In this address to ECU College of Business students, I shared, "We all will make more money if we invest our time into inspiring teams rather than managing employees."
