On Friday night I went to bed much earlier than usual. Guess this approaching 40 thing is becoming a reality. 🤣 However, I woke up in the middle of the night with multiple things weighing on my mind.

First, I'm increasingly concerned about the LCPS school board decision to delay most of their students from in person instruction until January at the earliest. In a time when our state's top executive, Governor Cooper, has been issuing Executive Orders for only 3-4 weeks at a time, it seems too harsh and incredibly cumbersome to predict 3-6 months from now. I've got a lot more to say about this topic, so stay tuned.

Second, recently I began soft launching a new texting community. It's better than social media because it's more intimate and authentic. Thank you to everyone who has already signed up. Lastly, our studio is almost complete. We're about a month away from producing our first live broadcast or show inside the Magic Mile Media and Neuse News studio in over three months. We're already working on several items for this Fall with one of biggest projects being the 2020 election. We're planning an incredible array of candidate interviews and shows, and Tuesday, November 3rd will be an Election Night Results Show for the books. In short, my 40th birthday is on September 3rd. I'm incredibly thankful for the support of my family, my team and you. Each day I'm living a dream running two businesses and choosing to surround myself with high caliber people who tend to lift others up, not down. When I'm 80 I'll look back and say, "Yes, I was a blessed man indeed."
